Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our security services, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate the deployment of security personnel across various client sites.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of security staff, providing training, support, and performance reviews as needed.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to security services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and retention.
- Manage the budget for operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in the security industry.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
