Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Designer/CDM Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and be able to undertake the Principal Designer role.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate health and safety in the pre-construction phase, taking account of relevant information that might affect design work carried out before and after the construction phase has started.
- Have knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Work closely with our construction consultants to ensure that health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the project.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in health and safety management, preferably in a construction or design-related field.
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
