We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Office Angels. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall business objectives by working closely with existing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Support with the management of performance issues, sickness, and absence, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Produce regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement
- Assist with the development and implementation of learning and development plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with external HR support as needed to ensure best practices and compliance
- Support the development of an inclusive and diverse work environment, promoting equality and diversity policies
- Manage the recruitment process, working closely with line managers to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new employees
- Previous experience in a HR role at advisory level within a professional services environment
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices
- Experience running recruitment campaigns and managing employee relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, fostering personal and professional growth
