Job Description:

Pertemps Basingstoke is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the production department to ensure jobs are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage stock of materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage email and postal correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs (including English and Maths).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
