Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Dunfermline, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
