Senior Consultant Opportunity

Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a leading Project Management Consultancy in Manchester to find an experienced Senior Consultant. This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This expanding organisation specialises in options appraisals, business case development, healthcare planning, and operationalisation. They have a strong pipeline of work covering business case development, healthcare planning, strategy development, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the workplan and contribute to business growth
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, challenge effectively, and critically analyse data and options
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure project outcomes align with project briefs, PIDs, and business cases
Requirements
  • Chartered APM or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner
  • Qualifications or experience in healthcare and/or other public sector organisations, including operational experience
  • Significant experience of successfully operating within multi-stakeholder environments
  • Experience of managing multifaceted projects or programmes end-to-end
  • Experience of writing business cases, preferably to the HM Treasury Green Book standard
  • Experience in healthcare planning, asset management, and net zero carbon
