Commercial Contract Lawyer with hybrid working

We are seeking a talented Commercial Contract Lawyer with hybrid working to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of commercial court procedure and rules, as well as attention to detail regarding the drafting and compiling of appropriate court bundles and documents.
About the Role:- Responsible for the litigation strategy and have oversight responsibilities for all litigation/arbitration and mediation matters within the Dublin office.
- Identify and instruct appropriate external counsel where applicable for challenging and complex matters that must proceed by way of litigation.
- Provide quality advice quickly and cost-effectively to clients.
- Work from home opportunities, including flexible working hours and bonus scheme.
Our client is a boutique, specialist procurement and construction law firm based in Dublin. They provide specialised services with breadth and depth of expertise across a range of industry sectors.
Requirements:- 3+ years PQE in construction law.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including construction and procurement matters.
- Technically excellent and commercially aware with an ability to practically problem solve and see the bigger picture at times to avoid unnecessary litigation for clients.
