Overview

Equal Education Partners is seeking skilled Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisors to support educational institutions in various capacities. These roles are available on both a full-time and flexible day-to-day basis.

Flexible Working

As a Cover Supervisor, you will have the flexibility to select your working days, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your needs. We collaborate with multiple Welsh-speaking secondary schools across the region, providing diverse opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Promoting student engagement and participation.
  • Maintaining discipline and managing classroom behavior.
  • Assisting students with assignments left by the regular teacher.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Experience working with students aged 11-18 within the last two years.
  • Strong classroom management skills to handle disruptive behavior.
  • The ability to keep students focused and on task.

Compensation and Support

We offer competitive pay rates starting at a minimum of £100 per day.
