£11.75 per hour


Our client, a family-oriented enterprise based in Kettering, is seeking to recruit a Forklift and Robotic Machine Operator on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of this position will encompass the following tasks:

  • Loading and unloading of materials
  • Relocating palletized materials throughout the facility
  • Ensuring loads are properly secured
  • Assisting the production team in operating the robotic bagging machinery
  • Conducting equipment inspections and maintenance
  • Adhering to written guidelines and maintaining accurate records

The ideal candidate will possess a Counterbalance license and should be able to showcase the following qualifications:

  • An industry-recognized FLT license
  • A solid understanding of health and safety protocols
  • Capability to lift up to 25kg independently
  • Willingness to operate the robotic bagging machinery
  • Ability to work effectively in a team or independently

The working hours for this role will fluctuate based on seasonal demands, as outlined below:

March to October
Monday to Friday - 40 hours scheduled between the hours of (Apply online only), (Apply online only) on Saturday
November to February
Monday to Friday - 40 hours scheduled between the hours of (Apply online only)

There may be occasions where working outside of these hours is necessary, depending on client requirements.

This organization provides 24 days of annual leave along with 8 statutory bank holidays.
