Job Title:
Experienced Building Surveyor - MRICS

Location:
South East Region

Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join their team in the South East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and relevant industry experience in building repair and refurbishment.



Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for project management of building projects, providing complex survey and structural investigations, and offering expert witness services. They will also provide surveying consultancy services on a wide range of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management of building projects, typically £250K-£500K
  • Providing complex survey and structural investigations
  • Building adaptation/party wall
  • CDM advice
  • Expert witness services
  • Provide surveying consultancy services on wide range of, primarily residential and commercial buildings, in all forms of materials


Requirements:
  • Experienced Building Surveyor
  • Strong academic background
  • Relevant industry experience - building repair and refurb
  • Good knowledge of current building standards, analysis and codes of practice
  • Experience of working to deadlines/within budgets on large scale projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • A sense of humour
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
