Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Theatre Direct Admissions team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Duties
  • Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred care to patients undergoing theatre direct admissions.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth running of the TDA unit.
  • Support, supervise, and develop the role of Health Care Assistants within the clinical area.
  • Work flexible shift patterns to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Full NMC registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
