Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Hastings. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting test-taking candidates, ensuring a secure exam delivery, and providing exceptional customer service in a comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check-in customers/test-taking candidates
  • Comply with exam testing security and procedures
  • Verify customer/candidate personal identification documents
  • Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
  • Perform housekeeping duties as necessary
Requirements
  • English and Maths qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work different days and times, including weekends and evenings
  • Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from exam rooms
