They are in search of a Lead Scientist to spearhead the strategic direction of their payload development while also overseeing the design of essential screening methodologies and managing critical partnerships with contract research organizations (CROs).
This organization has recently secured significant funding and is making remarkable strides in the creation of nanoparticle-based treatments that aim to enhance therapeutic delivery across challenging biological barriers.
In this position, you will leverage your extensive expertise in payload biology, whether it involves lipid nanoparticles, exosomes, polymersomes, or viral vectors, to guide the company's payload strategy into the future. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your strategic and leadership capabilities through effective CRO management, pivotal decision-making, and team leadership.
