Moxie People is collaborating with a prestigious Housing Association in South Wales that is seeking a Housing Support Specialist to enhance their team.
This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, serving as the initial point of contact for tenants, guiding them to appropriate departments, and addressing issues when feasible. Common inquiries may involve rent-related questions, reports of anti-social behavior, and general housing assistance.
There are currently two positions available for the Housing Support Specialist role - one is a permanent position, while the other is a temporary contract lasting over three months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
