About the Role:

TSS (Total Security Services) Ltd is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Daventry, working with a leading global retail company, Tesco. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the client's premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a visible uniformed deterrent to contribute to the safety and security of the client's premises.
  2. Carry out company policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
  3. Observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems.
  4. Be vigilant and proactive to detect and prevent loss on site.
  5. Assist with staff and contractor searches.
  6. Support with de-escalation of incidents using conflict management techniques.
