Job Title: Car Sales Executive

Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced business in the motor retailing industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients through energetic and outgoing personality.
  • Provide a full and thorough service to clients, ensuring they are matched with the correct car that meets their needs.
  • Strive to meet sales targets and achieve optimistic earning potential.
  • Work well in a team environment, relying on colleagues to perform and deliver the best customer experience.
  • Have excellent attention to detail, with good financial services regulations and transaction balances.
Requirements:
  • Cars sales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Fantastic communication skills and a natural ability to build a conversation.
  • High level of drive and passion to be successful.
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn.
  • Organised and a high level of resilience.
  • Full and valid UK driving license.
