EXECUTIVE LEADER OF STRATEGIC OPERATIONS

JOB OVERVIEW
As a senior executive, the primary focus of the Executive Leader is to establish a robust and dependable distribution framework while assembling and nurturing a skilled team to manage the operations. This role is pivotal in guiding strategic initiatives, sales efforts, and logistics/distribution activities. The Executive Leader is responsible for overseeing supply chain execution and is accountable for resource allocation, material cost management, forecasting, schedule adherence, performance of third-party logistics partners, and resolving supply chain challenges.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business insight and a demonstrated history of successfully building a large-scale distribution network within the market. Extensive experience in commercial sales and strong leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with the wood-panel sector would be a significant advantage. This position demands strategic thought, outstanding communication abilities, and thorough financial and analytical expertise.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART

• Over 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the wood products industry or manufacturing sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of various business functions, including sales, logistics, marketing, and finance.

• Proven entrepreneurial experience as a business owner or in spearheading new business ventures.

• A successful track record in recruiting and developing a commercial team that delivers exceptional results.

• Experience in a senior logistics or supply chain management capacity.
