We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waste Management Driver to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection of waste from streets and roads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working order and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Collect and transport waste to designated facilities, adhering to schedules and routes.
  • Complete and submit daily paperwork, including log sheets and tachograph records.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring waste is handled safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all waste is collected and disposed of in accordance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • NVQ 2 in Waste Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid HGV licence and experience driving refuse/recycling vehicles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
