About the Role:

We are seeking a Recycling Operative to join our team at a major recycling company based in Attleborough. As a Recycling Operative, you will play a crucial role in sorting and processing recyclable materials to contribute to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:

* Sort and separate recyclable materials
* Operate machinery for processing recyclables
* Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the recycling area
* Assist in maintaining equipment and machinery used in the recycling process
* Follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee a safe working environment

Requirements:

* Possess mechanical knowledge to operate recycling machinery effectively
* Capable of heavy lifting to handle materials as required
* Previous experience in recycling or waste management is advantageous
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
