Role Overview:
As an Assistant Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, nutritious meals to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head Chef and catering team in preparing fresh, home-cooked meals from scratch.
- Ensuring the highest culinary standards are met by providing well-balanced and appetizing meals in a clean and safe environment.
- Supporting the management of the catering budget.
- Maintaining a hygienic and compliant kitchen workspace.
- Contributing to the daily operations of the catering service.

- Managing food orders efficiently.
- Participating in necessary training sessions.
- Working under the supervision of the Head Chef.

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Preferably holding an NVQ Level 2 in food hygiene.
