Job Title: Service Operations Planner

Job Summary:

The Service Operations Planner will play a key role in facilitating the service contract delivery process, ensuring effective management of resources to support customer needs and maximize time on site. This role requires strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with Service Engineers and other colleagues to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Service & Survey Engineers in designated areas to ensure effective management of resources and maximize time on site.
  • Utilize the service diary to schedule service visits and communicate with Service Engineers, liaising with other colleagues as needed.
  • Record and monitor consumable and chemical usage throughout the contract to ensure timely availability and payment.
  • Work with Service Engineers to ensure they are clearly briefed and correct reporting is carried out.
  • Undertake root cause analysis and recommend continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate reactive customer visits, including 24-hour priority response, commissioning survey, and audit requests.

Requirements:

  • A proven ability to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Familiarity with scheduling workloads, balancing capacity and demand.
