About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Relief Domestic Support Workers. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and hygienic environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily domestic operations within the home.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in communal areas and resident bedrooms.
- Assist with laundry duties, ensuring residents' clothing is clean and properly stored.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and supportive environment for residents.
Pay and Hours:
This role offers competitive hourly rates, with enhancements for unsociable hours, weekends, and bank holidays. Relief hours are available, providing flexibility to fit your schedule.
About You:
We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine desire to care for others and contribute to a positive living environment. Previous experience in a domestic or care setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
