Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at Next. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current and upcoming products, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of the store, including displaying products in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
