Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
- Support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Work closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care home
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will have a strong background in healthcare, with a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care. You will also have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and be able to demonstrate a warm, caring, and committed approach to your work.
