Location: Banbury

Position: Home Manager, Care Home

Salary: £55,000 + bonuses

Hours: Full time

Contract type: Permanent

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to lead our care team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding your team to maintain our excellent standards while fostering a supportive environment for professional growth.

The successful candidate will have the freedom to manage resources and ensure the home's financial success. With your strong business and sales skills, you will help grow occupancy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Care Home:

Our care home is registered for up to 60 service users and provides a range of care services, including dementia, older person care, physical disability, respite care, and sensory impairment.

Requirements:

  • The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
  • The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors, and the staffing team.
  • Ability to promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care programs within the home.
