About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Handy Person. As a key member of our service, you will provide practical support to our colleagues and customers, ensuring that our customers' homes are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reactive and proactive maintenance and repair services to customers' homes
  • Carry out general household duties, including unblocking sinks and minor repairs
  • Assist with gardening and minor DIY tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver excellent customer service
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
  • Ability to use technology for essential tasks
