Invoice Finance Coordinator

About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Invoice Finance Administrator to join our team at Paragon Banking Group PLC. As an Invoice Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting our SME customers manage their cash flow needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage client records, transfer funds, and review bank statements
- Assist in daily reconciliation processes and complete a range of office administrative duties
- Support sales colleagues in the production of various reports and assist risk management teams in the preparation of compliance reports
- Gain experience working with sales colleagues and develop technical knowledge of industry examinations
About You
We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about learning and development. You will possess a strong attention to detail, confidence in working with Microsoft and internal IT systems, and a great sense of humour. As a strong team player, you will thrive in a hybrid working environment and be able to work independently or collaboratively with colleagues.
