General Practice Audit Accountant Role

We are seeking a skilled General Practice Audit Accountant to join our team at Proactive Solutions Group Ltd. As a General Practice Audit Accountant, you will work closely with our clients to provide them with effective solutions and advice to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams on audit fieldwork and reviewing workpapers and accounts files prepared by staff
  • Reviewing corporation tax returns and computations, as well as VAT returns
  • Drafting replies to client questions and providing expert advice

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or an alternative equivalent qualification
  • Minimum three years' experience of auditing, preparing company accounts and corporation tax returns
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel knowledge
  • Confident verbal and written skills with good attention to detail
  • An outgoing and effective communication style
  • Ability to work in a busy environment as a team player
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure

Training and Development:

Successful candidates will receive specific training and opportunities to develop their career. The General Practice Audit Accountant salary for part qualified is £27-35k, qualified is £40-45k, negotiable depending on experience, potentially negotiable further plus benefits.
