About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Leader to join our team at Pret a Manger. As a Kitchen Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our kitchen, working closely with our Managers to maintain the highest standards of quality and service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to consistently create delicious food in alignment with Pret a Manger's exacting standards and operational needs.
  • Act as the guardian and custodian of Pret a Manger's quality standards, ensuring that all products served to our customers meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct stock counts and administrative tasks meticulously and accurately to support smooth operations.
  • Adhere to all Pret a Manger health and safety policies to guarantee the safety of all products served to our customers.
