We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Operational Fraud Risk Manager to join our Enterprise Risk Team. This role requires an experienced risk management professional with Operational Risk expertise and experience covering payments and fraud. You will partner with colleagues across Compliance, Legal, Fraud Strategy, Risk, Internal Audit, Product, Engineering, and Payments to develop and implement a comprehensive risk management program.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify operational risks and assess their likelihood and potential impacts.
* Lead fraud process deep dives to document existing controls and identify control gaps.
* Develop and refine the fraud process, risk, and control inventories.
* Partner with stakeholders to investigate, report, and manage fraud and other incidents.
* Manage aspects of the Incident and Issue Management program.
* Develop visually compelling and data-driven risk reporting.
* Stay updated on emerging trends and regulations in the payments and digital asset space.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in risk management, preferably covering payments, fraud risk, and fraud operations.
* Proven experience in project and stakeholder management, conducting risk-control assessments, and managing incidents.
* Strong understanding of Operational Risk and its framework elements.
* Experience working in the digital asset space is highly desirable.
* Experience with GRC systems on a global scale is a plus.
