Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and deliver regular financial reports and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with business units to develop and manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Strategic Analysis: Evaluate the financial implications of key business initiatives, investments, and projects, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Capital Investment Oversight: Provide quality reviews and oversight for large capital investments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Month-End and Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed reviews of month-end reports and control accounts, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A full qualification in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong skills in SAP, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and BPC.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • A deep understanding of operational performance metrics, KPIs, and operational systems/processes.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify creative solutions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
