About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Engineering Manager to join our team at PragmatIC Semiconductor. As a key member of our Engineering, Product Management, and Commercial teams, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful development and delivery of our innovative FlexIC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive early product ideation and development, leveraging your expertise in electronics and semiconductor applications.
  • Lead customer-facing engagements, providing technical support and guidance to ensure customer success.
  • Work closely with IC Design, Test, and Assembly teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Support Product Management in developing new product concepts, aligning product needs with technology capabilities.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to internal teams to aid in directing development of PDKs, technical notes, and business systems.
  • Present credible representations of PragmatIC technology strengths and weaknesses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Aid customers through the design, development, and delivery phases of projects, providing feedback and inputs throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Highly advantageous: ECAD training (e.g., Cadence, Altium).
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in Electronics/Semiconductor Engineering roles.
  • Demonstrable grasp of technical fundamentals in a wide range of electronics applications and industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in Electronic/IC development projects with a successful outcome.
  • Previous experience in a technical lead role, actively leading projects to successful outcomes.
  • Previous experience using electronics test and semiconductor prober equipment.
