We provide prompt access to superior healthcare services, ranging from consultations and advanced diagnostics to tailored treatments and expert aftercare.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily operations effectively. Identify and escalate concerns to the Ward Manager. Mentor and support the nursing team and trainees. Assign tasks to team members. Competently make safe discharge decisions in collaboration with our consultant team. Deliver personalized nursing care and procedures to the highest standards, adhering to hospital policies and protocols at all times. Perform any additional duties assigned by the Ward Manager / team leader to ensure optimal patient care and the efficient functioning of the department.Ideal Candidate Profile:
NMC registered - your pin should be unrestricted and free of conditions. At least 1 year of senior nursing experience is required. Ward experience is preferred for this role. Exceptional communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and a commitment to outstanding patient care. Proven leadership capabilities. Ability to make independent decisions.Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week with internal rotation from Monday to Sunday.
