About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled iOS Software Engineer to join our Mobile team as our third iOS engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and operating our native apps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects: You will be responsible for architecture, technical design, and programming, through to testing, delivery, and maintenance of individual features.
  • Support others: You will contribute to code reviews and co-design APIs or data models with others.
  • Continuously improve code and operations: You will identify areas of technical debt to fix, performance or scalability issues, and production bugs, and plan work to address these with the rest of the engineering team.
  • Share your ideas: You will participate in ideation workshops and submit ideas for new features.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of building native iOS apps.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Swift.
  • Good understanding of SwiftUI and the benefits/tradeoffs when compared to UIKit.
  • Ability to write testable code and have an automated testing mindset.
  • Experience with CI/CD, including automating releases.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, from data structures to algorithmic complexity.
  • Ability to implement and integrate with network modules.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
