Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Parts Advisor to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales and after-sales support to clients, including quotations, order forms, stock and order traceability, and invoice control.
  • Ensure sales order processing, stock control, and stock ordering are maintained.
  • Support the warehouse in the identification, order picking, packing, kitting, and commissioning of all units.
  • Liaise with various departments within the company to provide administration support and sound advice.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role within the automotive sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota.

  • Starting salary up to £28kpa depending on experience.
