Norse Group is excited to announce an opportunity for a seasoned Strategic Finance Partner to become a vital member of our Finance division.

This position is offered as a full-time, permanent role, requiring 37 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, your primary responsibility as a Finance Partner will be to serve as the financial authority for your assigned business sectors. You will assist department leaders and managers by delivering financial insights through thorough analysis of financial statements and market trends. Your presence will be integral to the operational and strategic financial management of the business units.

You will leverage this financial data to engage with various stakeholders, contributing to the formulation of business strategies while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Recognized finance and/or accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent Demonstrated experience in a commercial finance role, particularly in a business partnering capacity Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the skill to adapt your presentation of information to suit different audiences Proactive and solution-oriented, capable of influencing business planning through solid financial analysis and recommendations Ability to work independently when necessary, while also thriving in a collaborative team setting Willingness to travel to various Norse Group locations, necessitating a valid UK driving license
