About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at RYSVIL CARE SERVICES. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Care Team: Professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of service users.
  • Business Development: Build the business with new packages of care and maintain the reputation of RYSVIL CARE SERVICES.
  • Client Care: Develop and coordinate healthcare programs, handle client case management and education, and ensure that all activities such as personal care and medication administration meet the required standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and train staff, create rota schedules on Care Berry System, and ensure that all shifts/calls/runs and working patterns meet the needs of the company, clients, and staff.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all data is up to date and relevant.
  • On-Call and Support: Be on-call on a rota basis, and provide support to staff and clients as needed.
  • Performance and Development: Enter actively into supervision and appraisal, attend training on a regular basis, and work in accordance with the company's mobile phone and IT policies.
  • Data Protection: Respect the confidentiality of information in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, and use or disclose data only to authorized persons or organizations as instructed.
Requirements
  • Registered Manager, Care Manager, or Lead Professional qualification
  • Experience in care management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
