Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our client's team in the Brentford area. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring all work carried out meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all repairs are correct first time to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and paint relevant areas of the vehicle, ensuring a good color match as per estimate.
- Ensure the maximum profit is achieved from all repair jobs in accordance with company policy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure objectives are met and CRS targets are achieved.
- Report any defective items not covered by the original estimate to the Bodyshop Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a car dealership.
- Confidence in using up-to-date vehicle spraying techniques.
