Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of support staff in delivering a high-quality service, promoting Diverse Abilities' values and mission.
- Develop and implement person-centered plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Mentor new staff through our comprehensive induction program and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in community events and activities that promote Diverse Abilities' values and mission.
Requirements:
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and email.
- Full UK manual driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathetic and patient approach to supporting individuals with complex needs.
Benefits:
