Key Responsibilities
  • Lead education and student facilitation, mentoring and guiding the next generation of students, apprentices, and healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, presentations, and assessments to foster professional growth and development.
  • Build close links with partner universities and local education providers to promote student placements and placement expansion.
  • Work closely with students, apprentices, and new staff to provide planning, coordination, and hands-on training, assessments, and feedback.
  • Support the development of clear occupational therapy and physiotherapy pathways via multiple training routes and advise on staff professional development and career progression.
