Electronics Design Engineer

We are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at BlueGate Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the design of new products and the maintenance and upgrading of existing products.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electronic products with a focus on practicality, robustness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage design projects from conception to volume manufacture, ensuring technical, cost, and product brief requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure design projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for electronic designs.
- Provide engineering support to other parts of the business as required.
- Degree-level education in electronics or a related field.
- Experience in design for manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of analogue and digital circuits, PCB layout, and programming languages such as C and Python.
- Practical experience of hand-building and debugging prototype circuits.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
