Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that meet client objectives
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and digital marketers
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client results
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution
- Manage multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client businesses, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and client relationships
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including e-commerce, paid ad campaigns, SEO, PPC, and social media
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to clients, driving business growth and improvement
- Experience working with designers, developers, and digital marketers, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
