We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at a luxury Nursing Home in Woodbridge, Suffolk. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of the home, ensuring the provision of excellent care and services to residents.
- Oversee the care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Assume full management responsibility in the absence of the Home Manager.
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
- Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager.
- Ability to engage with residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
- Competitive salary of £52,000 per annum DOE.
- 40 hour per week contract.
- Comprehensive induction and training programme.
