Senior Clinical Operations Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to oversee our mental health services. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of patient care and operational excellence within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading clinical initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborating with the Senior Management team to implement strategic objectives.
- Providing clinical and operational guidance to support the Hospital Manager.
- Managing interdisciplinary teams, including psychology, occupational therapy, and social work.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A qualification as a Senior Mental Health Nurse with at least two years of managerial experience.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex information.
- Experience in collaborative partnerships with various healthcare agencies.
- Expertise in establishing and maintaining high standards of care.
- Ability to implement changes that improve practice and patient outcomes.
- Experience in managing challenging patient behaviors.
