Job Title: Civil / Design Engineer - Water / Civils

Are you a skilled Civil Engineer looking for a new challenge in the water and utilities sector? Do you have experience in designing and delivering complex infrastructure projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil / Design Engineer to join our team in Cardiff.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our water and utilities team. As a Civil / Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering new and replacement potable water mains, foul drainage and CSO remediation work, and conventional and urban drainage design. You will work closely with our team of experienced engineers to deliver high-quality solutions to challenging engineering dilemmas.

Responsibilities
  1. Design new and replacement potable water mains
  2. Foul drainage and CSO remediation work
  3. Conventional and urban drainage design
  4. Solve challenging engineering dilemmas
Requirements
  1. Relevant Civil Engineering degree (Masters desirable but not essential)
  2. 3+ years of experience within the water industry
  3. Knowledge of potable, surface, foul water design and/or construction
  4. Be working, or be willing to work towards Chartership
  5. Competent in 3D design and modelling using MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
  6. Knowledge of Water Authority approval processes
