Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct root cause analysis of efficiency losses and significant breakdowns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fault finding on PLCs and driving the continuous improvement plan.
  • Collaborate with the days-based engineering team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
  • HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance (desirable).
  • Level 3 (city & guilds or NVQ based) in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance.
  • Strong electrical knowledge and experience or the desire to achieve this.
  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment in a maintenance engineer/technician role.
