**About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team in the West Midlands area.
• As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customers' homes and carrying out repairs to a high standard.
• You will work on a variety of appliances, including washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigeration, and gas appliances.
• Must be clean, smart, and capable of following company procedures.
• Keeping the company van clean and tidy.
• Completion of any associated paperwork.

**Responsibilities:

• Attending customers' homes and carrying out repairs to a high standard.
• Working on washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigeration, and gas appliances.
• Must be clean, smart, and capable of following company procedures.
• Keeping the company van clean and tidy.
• Completion of any associated paperwork.

**Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months' experience working on White Goods and Home Appliances fault finding and diagnostic analysis.
• Competency in the use of tools and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills - to confidently communicate with customers face to face.
• High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and pride in your work.
• Must be a team player and able to work on own initiative.
• Electromechanical skills, with a willingness to learn new skills.
• Basic computer level/IT literacy.
• Current full UK driving license.

**Desirable but not Essential:

• F Gas for refrigeration.
• Gas safe registered for working with gas appliances.
