About the Role
We are seeking a talented Team Manager to join our team at Bristol City Council. As a leader in adult care operations, you will be responsible for delivering new and innovative approaches to meet the needs of young people across all communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the way to ensure the best possible response for young people aged 14-25 years in our service.
- Support practitioners to work across locality areas, reaching out to schools and community-based organisations.
- Collaborate with partners across Children's, Education and SEND partnerships to drive change and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in adult care operations with a social work, OT, or registered professional background.
- Expert knowledge and understanding of legal frameworks, Safeguarding in the adults or children's settings.
- Strong passion for Equalities and Inclusion to ensure young people thrive and develop strength from their uniqueness.
