Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Technology Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing gameplay mechanics, game UI and UX, and creating production-level plugins for Unity and Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement UI/UX and gameplay prototypes in Unity and Unreal Engine, targeting PC, mobile, and console platforms.
  • Develop and productionize our APIs and web backend stack, ensuring seamless integration with other game developers and studios.
  • Write unit tests, functional tests, and integration tests to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems.
  • Analyze design and technical plans to identify potential risks and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a business-driven approach to game development, balancing creative vision with technical feasibility.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in game development, with a strong background in C# and C++ programming languages.
  • Proficiency in Unity and Unreal Engine development, with experience in creating production-level plugins.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles and the ability to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Experience with Python backend web stack development and familiarity with web app development frameworks.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with FastAPI and console development.
  • Familiarity with web app development frameworks and product lifecycle experience.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, AI NPCs, and ML pipelines.
