Regulatory Product Specialist

A highly skilled Regulatory Product Technologist is required to join a global FMCG product testing service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring and delivering regulatory compliance across a portfolio of detergent and home care products.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with various teams across the business and suppliers to ensure critical path deadlines are met.
- Log samples on the critical path, ensuring they meet requirements.
- Efficiently execute and project manage regulatory activities.
- Liaise with suppliers to gather information and updates to ensure critical path deadlines are met.
- Implement strategies for labelling and artwork creation, and maintain meticulous document management.
- Review artwork against product information and provide feedback to customers and suppliers.
- Physically review and scan packaging against approved artwork, checking for errors.
- Maintain artwork status on the critical path.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory knowledge and intelligence to ensure accurate maintenance of products in global markets.
- Keep detailed and accurate records.
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Experience ensuring and delivering regulatory compliance across a portfolio of detergents and home care products.
- Understanding and experience of critical path management.
- Good knowledge of classifications of detergents and home care products.
- Experience in preparation and submission of dossiers, supporting documentation, variations, and renewals.
- Good understanding of SDS sheets, artwork matches, and various UK, Ireland, and European legislation.
- Good understanding of product formulation and development.
- Knowledge of product standards such as CLP, REACH, The Detergents Regulation, CPSC.
